AlphaU Group LLC is a New Jersey limited liability company and the owner and operator of SoNir Studios, SoNir Music Group, SoNir Licensing, SoNir AI Platform, and related music, licensing, production, artist-development, AI-assisted creative, and platform ventures.

SoNir Studios, SoNir Music Group, SoNir Licensing, SoNir AI Platform, associated names, logos, sound recordings, compositions, artwork, copy, platform materials, workflows, catalog materials, and business materials are owned by or licensed to AlphaU Group LLC unless otherwise stated.

These Terms apply to everyone who visits sonirstudio.com or any related domain we operate. By using the Site you confirm you are at least 18 years old, or that you are using the Site with the supervision of a parent or guardian who accepts these Terms on your behalf.

All content on the Site — including sound recordings, compositions, lyrics, artwork, photography, video, design, copy, and the SoNir name, wordmark and monogram — is the exclusive property of AlphaU Group LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other applicable laws.

SoNir^® and the SoNir monogram are trademarks of AlphaU Group LLC. Nothing on the Site grants any licence to use these marks without our prior written permission.

You are welcome to stream and enjoy our recordings on the Site for your own personal, non-commercial listening. You may share links to pages of the Site on social media or in conversation.

A separate written licence from AlphaU Group LLC is required for any commercial or public use of our recordings or compositions, including:

• synchronisation in film, television, advertising, or online video;
• public performance, including playback in any commercial or public-facing space (cafés, hotels, spas, retail, fitness or wellness studios, retreats, events);
• sampling, remixing, or creating derivative works;
• redistribution, re-uploading, or inclusion in compilations or playlists you monetise;
• use of the SoNir name, marks, or artwork in connection with any product, service, or brand.

Artist participation, licensing discussions, collaborations, submissions, brand usage, and platform access are subject to written approval and signed agreements.

SoNir music is created through human-led studio workflows, not generated by algorithms without human direction. We expressly reserve all rights, and we do not grant any licence or permission, to use the Site, our recordings, compositions, lyrics, artwork, metadata, or any other content available on the Site for the purposes of training, fine-tuning, evaluating, or otherwise developing any artificial intelligence, machine learning, or generative model.

Automated scraping, crawling for dataset construction, text-and-data mining (including under any opt-out regime such as Article 4 of EU Directive 2019/790), and bulk extraction of content are prohibited without our prior written consent.

SoNir music is created for personal listening, reflection, devotion, and calm environments. It is not medical advice, therapy, diagnosis, or a substitute for professional care. If you have a health concern, please speak with a qualified professional. SoNir is an independent music studio and is not affiliated with any religious institution, temple, trust, ashram, or authority.

You agree not to:

• use the Site for any unlawful purpose;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or its systems;
• interfere with the Site’s normal operation, including by uploading malware or running denial-of-service activity;
• impersonate SoNir or any artist, or misrepresent your affiliation with us.

The Site may link to third-party websites or services we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices, and inclusion of a link is not an endorsement.

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AlphaU Group LLC, its members, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AlphaU Group LLC and its members from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available at this URL with the effective date noted above. Continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of New Jersey, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
